On 26th May 2016 Life-MED project was presented in Politecnico di Milano.
Some partners, including CAUTO, Università di Brescia and Legambiente Lombardia, explained the purpose of the project and the different actions of which it is composed, focusing in particular on the technical aspects related to the chemical characterisation of discarded medical equipment, their management and the related regulations. The meeting was also an opportunity to present the results achieved to date and those expected until the end of the project.
Students of the course of Biomedical Enginnering, participating in large quantities, showed great interest and attention and they posed many questions to partners at the end of the lecture.
